Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 180 countries (basically anywhere where USPS International First Class goes). This includes Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and a TON of others. We ship wet install skins anywhere in the world for a flat $1.99 shipping cost (for USPS First Class). Shipping costs increase depending on the weight of your package so please use the shipping calculator in your cart to figure out the exact costs to ship to you.
Do you cover my tariffs / duties / customs?
No. You are responsible for all payments to import your orders. We declare the value of the goods on all international orders.
How soon after I order will my order ship?
Priority orders most of the time ship out same day (we’re in EST and mail goes out at 2:30pm). Non Priority orders ship out within 2-3 days (we’re overwhelmed with orders and are doing the best we can). If you need an order shipped out ASAP please fill out a contact form after ordering.

What happens if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

What happens if my order never arrives?
Once you contact us we’ll check with you to make sure that your order was shipped to the correct address and if has been returned to us yet. It’s possible that it’s stuck in Customs, too. Just contact us so we can sort out what to do.
Warranty Information
What is the GadgetWraps warranty for skins and protectors?
If at any time you damage your skin or protector (for any reason) we’ll replace it for $1 plus shipping. You will only be able to replace that skin/protector with the exact same one that you ordered unless we are out of stock of that style for some reason.
What is the GadgetWraps warranty for watch bands?
We are winding down selling our bands after June 1. All orders placed between now and then will not have any warranty as we will no longer have stock.
Orders and Returns
What payment methods does GadgetWraps accept?
We accept PayPal as well as American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If for some reason your payment is declined (or you see a message that we need to manually process it) please send us a contact form before attempting to place a new order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet please send us a contact form below or reply to the order email that you received. We will do our best to change or cancel your order before it ships.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope! Feel free to check out as a guest if that makes your feel more comfortable although creating an account allows you to log in later to check tracking as well as keep an order history if you place more than one order. 🙂
