Hey! Our names are Colin and Trevor and we're brothers from Michigan. We were backers of the original Pebble watch on Kickstarter and we launched GadgetWraps in January of 2013 because we felt that there was a need for someone to make screen protectors and skins for the Pebble. Why us? We're the co-founders of CrackedMacScreen (Washington, DC's highest rated Apple product screen repair company) so we know a thing or two about running small businesses (and screens!). We created the first full screen protector out of necessity; we didn't want to scratch our watches and knew we were onto something when we posted about it on the Pebble Forums and everyone wanted to buy one! Three years later and we were featured in one of Pebble’s Kickstarter updates, we’ve hung out with the Pebble team in Palo Alto, and we moved into 4 progressively larger offices. We’ve loved being a part of the Pebble story and we’ve since launched products for other devices including a couple Android Wear watches. Our office is in Washington, DC.

General Questions:

What is a GadgetWrap? 

Well, depends on what you've bought from us (or what you're planning to buy). If you're buying a "wrap" you are buying what could be called a "really nice sticker." It's not a snap on "case," it's automotive-grade vinyl that has been precision cut to fit your device. On one side is adhesive that is meant to grip all of the curves (but not damage your device or leave residue) while the other side is meant to look awesome. If you are buying one of our clear "protectors" you are buying a nearly invisible film that is designed to protect your device from bumps and scrapes. If you're buying a watchband you're buying an extremely high quality silicone band with quick release pins.

Where are GadgetWraps products shipped from?

We ship every envelope from our office in Dupont Circle (Northwest Washington, DC).

Do you do custom wraps?

We don't do custom "one-off" wraps but we do bulk orders as well as custom wraps for promotional products. We recently skinned 1,200 Original Pebble watches for ESPN and the ACC/SEC/BIG10/BIG12 Challenge, for example. Send us a contact form above.

My user account isn't working. I tried to do the "forgot my password" option but I never received an email. Help!

We recently migrated our website to a new eCommerce provider an unfortunately customer accounts couldn't come with us. So you'll need to create a new customer account. Sorry!

Shipping

Do you ship internationally? 

We ship to over 180 countries (basically anywhere where USPS International First Class goes). This includes Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and a TON of others. We ship wraps anywhere in the world for a flat $1.99 shipping cost (for USPS First Class). If you purchase 2 straps or more your shipping cost will increase ($5.99 for International, $6.95 for US Priority). If you want to see if we ship to your country, add a product to your cart and use the shipping estimator to see if your country works.

How soon after I order will my order ship? 

We ship all orders within 24-48 business hours of when the order was placed. Place an order on Friday? It will definitely ship Monday. Place an order on a Monday? It’ll ship Tuesday.

How long will it take once it ships to reach me? 

We ship via USPS First Class Post (no tracking) and USPS Priority Flat Rate (with tracking for US customers). Here's the breakdown of shipping speeds for each service: 

USPS First Class

US Customers - The order should take 5-7 business days to reach you 

International Customers - The order should take 7-21 days to reach you 

USPS Priority Flat Rate:

US Customers - The order will take 2-3 business days maximum (with tracking)

International Customers - We do not ship via USPS Priority for international shipments

I didn’t get tracking information. Can you send it to me?  

We don’t pay for tracking (and we don’t charge you for it either) for USPS First Class Post. There is no tracking. Believe us. Even if we did pay for tracking, for international shipments it stops updating after it gets processes in the US. If you paid for USPS Priority Flat Rate you will get a tracking number emailed to you upon shipment.

When should I contact you about an order if I haven’t received it yet?  

US customers? Please wait 7 days after you receive your shipment email before you contact us by clicking the “contact us” button above. International customers? Please wait 14 days from the receipt of your shipping email.

What will happen if I haven’t received my package and I think it may be lost?  

We’re really good guys (our mom thinks so!). We’ll figure out a way to make it right. Just be nice when you email us. It’s not our fault.

You guys made a mistake with my order. What do I do?  

Yikes. Sorry for making a mistake! We'll definitely take care of you. Just please be nice when you email us. We didn't do it on purpose! Use the contact button in the menu above to contact us.

Warranty

What is the warranty for my GadgetWraps product? 

All of our wraps carry a lifetime replacement warranty. What does that mean? This means that at any time if your wrap/protector/skin needs to be replaced due to damage, a bad installation, age, etc. we will replace it for just $1 plus the cost of shipping. Our straps have a 6 month warranty against defects. If something is defective within 6 months we'll replace the component free of charge. If you damage your strap (non-defective component) inside or outside of 6 months we'll replace the whole strap for $5.

Can I get a different color/style shipped to me as a replacement? 

We are only able to replace your damaged product with the same exact wrap/strap. We are unable to exchange it for a different wrap/protector/strap.

How do I get a replacement?  

Contact us using the warranty link below. Please include your full name and order number. Do not contact us using your name if you weren't the original customer (like if your friend bought it for you). Otherwise, we would have no way of looking you up.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you receive a skin, protector, or strap and you are not happy with it you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. YOU MUST contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and you are responsible for return shipping. Straps must be in sellable condition. Fill out a contact form if you would like to initiate a return.
