Do you ship internationally?

We ship to over 180 countries (basically anywhere where USPS International First Class goes). This includes Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and a TON of others. We ship skins anywhere in the world for a flat $1.99 shipping cost (for USPS First Class). Shipping costs increase depending on the weight of your package so please use the shipping calculator in your cart to figure out the exact costs to ship to you. 

How soon after I order will my order ship?

All orders ship either same day or the next business day (depending on how many order we are shipping that day). For example, if you place an order on a Monday your order could ship Monday or Tuesday. All USPS Priority orders placed before 4pm M-F will ship same day.

How long will it take once it ships to reach me?

US Customers

  • $1.99 USPS First Class option (skins/protectors only): 3-5 business days without tracking
  • $2.99 – $5.99 USPS First Class option (tempered glass/straps): 3-5 business days with tracking
  • $6.95 USPS Priority option: 2-3 business days with tracking

International Customers

  • $1.99 USPS First Class International option: 10-15 business days without tracking depending on country
  • $6.99-$8.99 USPS First Class International option: 14-21 business days with tracking depending on country
  • $12.99 USPS First Class International option: 6-10 business days with tracking depending on country

I didn’t get tracking information. Can you send it to me?

If you paid for tracking and you didn’t receive it we can definitely look it up for you and send it to you via email. If you didn’t pay for tracking then there is no way for us to track your order.

What happens if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Send us a contact form below and we’ll look into it for you.


What happens if my order never arrives?

Once you contact us we’ll check with you to make sure that your order was shipped to the correct address and if has been returned to us yet. It’s possible that it’s stuck in Customs, too. If the address is correct we’ll have to ship out another envelope/package on us. If THAT shipment never arrives we’ll refund you the full cost of your order plus shipping. If you end up receiving your order just let us know and we’ll set up a payment link for you.


Warranty Information

What is the GadgetWraps warranty for skins and protectors?

If at any time you damage your skin or protector (for any reason) we’ll replace it for 50% off plus shipping. You will only be able to replace that skin/protector with the exact same one that you ordered unless we are out of stock of that style for some reason.

What is the GadgetWraps warranty for watch bands?

Our bands carry a 6 month warranty. If for any reason you need any component of your band replaced within 6 months (pins, loops, one side of your band, etc.) we’ll replace it for the cost of shipping. If you need parts of your band replaced outside of 6 months or your entire band replaced inside or outside of 6 months we will discount the cost of an entire new band to 50% of your original purchase price plus shipping.


Orders and Returns

What payment methods does GadgetWraps accept?

We accept PayPal as well as American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If for some reason your payment is declined (or you see a message that we need to manually process it) please send us a contact form before attempting to place a new order.


How do I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet please send us a contact form above or reply to the order email that you received. We will do our best to change or cancel your order before it ships.


Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! Feel free to check out as a guest if that makes your feel more comfortable although creating an account allows you to log in later to check tracking as well as keep an order history if you place more than one order. 🙂

How do I track my order?

If you ordered only a skin or wet-install protector you didn’t pay for tracking unless you paid for USPS Priority ($6.95). If you did pay for tracking you can either use the tracking number you received via email, send us a contact form, or use the tracking page on our website to track your order.


What if I get my GadgetWraps product and I don’t like it?

Send us a contact form and we’ll do our best to make you happy. If you don’t want to try something else feel free to send it back after talking to us for a full refund.
